SAUCONY X BODEGA 3D GRID HURRICANE: My New Favorite Sneaker

I made a good choice to pick up the Saucony x Bodega 3D Grid Hurricanes. It is by no means a new shoe, but a shoe that caught my eye when it launched that I totally missed on adding to my rotation.

I recently stopped working for a prominent footwear company in Orange County and have started to reset my closet with new kicks and picked up a pair of Saucony 3D Grid Hurricanes on discount…let’s be real, I am not paying full price for something totally new only to hate them. So this ended up being a good situation where I like them and want more. I am kind of weird like that where if I like something I buy a bunch in case the model/style changes drastically. Unfortunately, I got into trouble with this when I bought too many Nike Miler 2’s…I’ll save that story for another time.

Ok, getting back on track. So with my new love affair with the Saucony 3D Grid Hurricane, I had to pick up this collaboration pair with Bodega…and I am hyped. I initially thought it would be too clunky with all the detailing, but the design maintains the light and comfortable build that I'm accustomed to with my first pair.

Final Shoe Review: these are going into my shoe wall. The detailing is on point between the mix of textured materials and the iridescent Saucony logo hit. Plus, the extra laces are dressing up my first pair (shown below). Right now I am going with mismatched laces, but maybe I will switch to one color 🤷🏻.
